Playing the Ukulele

The ukulele is an ideal introductory instrument for children aged 5 and up, offering quick feelings of success while simultaneously teaching the fundamentals of the guitar. It is highly versatile, suitable for many musical styles—serving as both a chord and melody instrument—and is available in soprano, concert, tenor, and baritone sizes. The ukulele is also featured in our music school’s instrument carousel program.
